Does exercising when you have a cold make you even sicker?
Research says probably not.
When examining the impact of exercise on sedentary people with
colds, researchers discovered that the cold sufferers fared no worse when they engaged in moderate exercise. Their colds did not last any longer and their symptoms did not become any worse as a result of their workouts.
